The library provides the following services to its users:

• Access to the materials held in the reading room
• Loan
• Photocopying
• Producing specialized bibliographies on request
• References service by mail, e-mail, phone, fax
• Research facilities for students and experts conducting studies on themes related to sexual minorities
• Browsing daily newspapers and news provided by email

Access to the all library collections and services is free of charge.

The IDC is open to the beneficiaries of ACCEPT and to other persons belonging to the LGBT community, to public authorities, journalists, students, researchers, representatives of other NGOs that promote human rights, as well as to all those interested in the situation of sexual minorities in Romania and abroad.
